In celebration of World Environment Day, the Printrite Foundation for Sustainable Environment and Education (PFSEE) took center stage in collaborating with the Abuja Environmental Protection Board (AEPB) to drive local climate action. The joint engagement highlighted the power of strategic partnerships in building a cleaner, more resilient Federal Capital Territory.
A major highlight of the event was the PFSEE environmental exhibition. We had the incredible opportunity to showcase our practical models for turning "waste to worth," detailing how our active school networks and eco-clubs are pioneering sustainable waste separation and community cleanup strategies. The exhibition served as an interactive platform to engage stakeholders, environmental experts, and the public on actionable climate solutions.
Solidifying our commitment to a greener city, PFSEE officially coordinated a donation of economic and climate-resilient seedlings to the Abuja Environmental Protection Board (AEPB). This seedling donation directly supports regional afforestation, anchors urban soil against erosion, and expanding Abuja's green canopy. By putting these trees into the ground alongside institutional partners, we are moving closer to our long-term vision of sustainable environmental restoration.
